I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel & Spa. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, though I did notice some street noise from the windows. Overall, it was a good experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.
